Instructions for Grilled swordfish with lime and cumin

To prepare the Grilled swordfish with lime and cumin recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir a marinade together with oil, garlic, lime juice and cumin and butter it on the fish. Or sprinkle the fish with the spice and drizzle with lime juice if it is going to go really well. The steaks can marinate 1/2 hour, but they can also be grilled immediately.

Pour cous cous, oil, salt and raisins into a bowl that resists boiling water. Pour boiling water on, lay on the bowl or cover with foil. Let the grits draw for 5 minutes and then loosen them with a fork.

Fold the peppers and remove the kernels. Grill the steaks on charcoal grill or grill pan 3-4 minutes depending on the heat of the grill. They may be pink inside. Grill at the same time the peppers. They may be crazy yet. Sprinkle with salt.

Serve the fish along with cous cous and extra limes to push over the fish
