2.5dlWater (ice cold)
25gYeast
3tbspFlax seed
400gWheat flour
75gCracked wheat kernels
75gCracked rye kernels

To prepare the Grove sandwich pieces recipe, please follow these instructions:

Give water and the two kinds of nuclei a rehash and let them simmer for 5 min. Pour them into a large bowl and let them cool 15 min. Add ice-cold water, so temperature falls below 37 degrees. Stir the yeast into the liquid and add the other ingredients. Knead the dough well and let it raise covered ½ hour. Knead the dough lightly through and form it into a country sausage (50 cm). Press the flat (ca. 10 cm wide) and share it in 10 triangles. Put them on a baking tray with baking paper and let them rest while oven heats up to 250 degrees. Brush the loaves with water, sprinkle with flaxseed and behind them ca. 15 min. Let them cool on a rack.

Tips:
This dough is slightly sticky to work with, but the result is really good.
