0.5-1kgBeef
0.75tbsp* It must be tbsp pepper
1canPeeled tomatoes
1Large fine cut onion
500gPasta (rislignende-can be purchased in obs-alm. spaghetti can be used but not pasta)
6-8Whole peppercorns
8-10Allspice

Instructions for Guevetsi

To prepare the Guevetsi recipe, please follow these instructions:

The meat, cut into neat strips, brune in olive oil, add loose and simmer for 2 minutes, then add approx. ½ dl. Water, spices and peeled tomatoes. It boils for even heat until the meat is very tender (1½ - 2 hours)

The cooked pasta and the meat are served in a refractory dish - sprinkle with mild cheese and gratiners in the oven for approx. 20 min. At 200¤.

Can also be made in batches.
