Ingredients for Ham and vegetable gratin

1tspNutmeg, freshly grated
1tbspOil
1Leek
1.5dlWhole milk
100gGrated cheese, mozzarella 45 +
200gMushrooms
200gHam. smoked. cooked
3Eggs
300gFennel, tuber
400gBroccoli

Instructions for Ham and vegetable gratin

To prepare the Ham and vegetable gratin recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rinse the fennel and cut if necessary. Small roots and dry parts away. Half the fennel and gently sharpen a wedge of the tough root so that the individual layers do not break apart. Divide it quarterly and cut into strips.

Rinse the broccoli. Remove the leaves and a bite of the stick. Cut into smaller pieces. Clean and chop mushrooms and leeks. Remove if necessary. Grease from the ham and cut it into the tern.

Heat the oil on a pan. Add vegetables. Step for approx. 5 minutes with constant stirring. Let it simmer for 10 minutes under cover.

Set the oven to 225 degrees alm. oven.

Whip egg and milk together. Season with salt, pepper and finely ground nutmeg. Fill a greased ovenproof dish with the vegetables and the ham and mix it together. Pour the egg yolk over.

Sprinkle with cheese and gratin on the bottom groove in the oven for approx. 20 minutes.

Will be served with salad and a good bread.
