Instructions for Ham-cordonbleu with coleslaw

To prepare the Ham-cordonbleu with coleslaw recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip a dressing together with lemon juice, lemon peel, olive oil, dijon pepper, honey, salt and pepper. Cut red onions in very thin slices, grate carrots roughly or in strips, cut the apples into narrow boats and halve them lengthwise. Turn the vegetables into marinade together with red cabbage and parsley and let it drain for at least 10 minutes.

Beat the hamburgers a little slender with a meat hammer or hand. Lubricate if necessary. The meat surface with dijonsennep and fold it around a slice of ham and cheese. Season with salt and pepper and brown schnitzels 1 minute on each side. Step them in the oven at 210 degrees for approx. 8 min.

Serve with coleslaw and bread or boiled bulgur.
