Instructions for Ham rolls with buttered vegetables

To prepare the Ham rolls with buttered vegetables recipe, please follow these instructions:

Lay the schnitzler between plastic bags and knock them thin with a meat hammer. Dip the meat dry with kitchen roll. Butter a layer of mustard on the schnitzler. Place the ham on top and sprinkle with basil, salt and pepper. Roll them together and tie with string or cotton yarn. Brown the rolls on all sides of the oil. Pour water and boil the meat under low heat for 10 minutes. Take the rolls up and let them rest wrapped in stanniol for 10 minutes. Even if possible. Cloud to sauce and taste it. Remove the straps and cut the rollers into thin slices.

Cook the pasta as indicated on the package. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the coarse carrots and squash and steam them lightly for 2-3 minutes. Add the cream and season with salt and pepper. Put the pasta in the pan, heat it through and mix it with the buttered vegetables. Sprinkle finely chopped or dried basil on serving.
