Ingredients for Harira

Chopped parsley and coriander
White pepper
1dlSunflower oil
100g, round grain milled
100gGreen lentils
100gRice noodles
140gTomato puree conc
2Lemon, the juice away
2canPeeled chopped tomatoes
2tbspWheat flour
2l-beef broth
3Chopped onions
4stemsLeaf celery
500gLean beef into cubes

Instructions for Harira

To prepare the Harira recipe, please follow these instructions:

Place the chickpeas in soft overnight.

Pour the water and cook the chickpeas approx. 20 min. In a new team of water. Rinse the chickpeas, cool them and rub the skin off.

Season the onion and the slices of celery in oil in a saucepan until tender. Bring meat, chickpeas, lentils, salt, pepper and calf broth. Let the soup boil for 1½ hours for low heat under the lid.

Stir flour and water together for a smoothing. Stir the flour and tomato paste in the soup.

Step the rice noodles some min. In a little oil on a pan for low heat and constantly stirring. Bring tomatoes, rice noodles, porridge and saffron to the soup and let it boil for another 30 minutes.

Season with lemon juice, salt and pepper and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
