1Pepper, roughly chopped
1.5tbspMinced parsley
100gMushrooms sliced
100gFresh spinach, washed and chopped the cusp
2dlHollandaise sauce
2cloveGarlic finely chopped
300gBoiled or fried pork or beef
400gCooked cold potato
50gButter
8Poached eggs

To prepare the Hash (food) with poached egg and hollandaise sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Slice the potatoes and meat into cubes. Save 2 tablespoons. by peberfrugten for garnish. Melt the butter in a skillet and saute the bell peppers, onion, garlic, mushrooms and spinach over strong heat 3-4 minutes. Add the meat and potatoes and FRY 3-4 minutes. Got a helping of hash (food) on each plate and serve with 2 poached eggs on top. Top with parsley and chopped bell peppers.
