To prepare the Havrakiks I recipe, please follow these instructions:

Preheat the oven to 160 degrees.

Sift flour and baking soda into a bowl and stir in sugar and oatmeal. Smell butter and syrup in a saucepan over low heat and stir it with the dry ingredients.

Pour the mixture into a ball, roll it out into 2cm thick, and plug circles into the dough.

Place the biscuits on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake them until they are golden brown - approx. 15 min.
