Cayenne Pepper (a little!)
Garlic pepper
Spices (all at will)
Pepper
Salt
Sweet chilli powder
0.5glassFinely chopped sundried tomatoes
0.5Finely chopped onion
1Eggs
1splashEnglish sauce
1tbspCoarse mustard
1Handful of oatmeal
150gGrated mozarella
2tspBacon grease or oil
2tbspSweet chilli sauce
6clovePressed garlic
6Grated carrots
700gGround beef (7-13%)

Instructions for Healthy Beef Rolls

To prepare the Healthy Beef Rolls recipe, please follow these instructions:

Mix all ingredients.
Let the dad stand in the fridge in the fridge for 4-5 hours so it can draw flavor (can be omitted)
Shape then lump the dad to small "sausages" and rise at first high heat, then screw down and leave them until they have passed. Server with baked potatoes and ketchup.
