optionalSquash instead of carrots
1Mashed banana
1dlCanola oil
1.5-2kgWheat flour (some of the flour could be Grahams) fx 900 g plain flour and 300 g whole wheat flour + evt. more flour
1-2Groftrevet Apple
2-3dl5korns mix kosges 2-3 min. in water
2-3dlMuesli watered down in boiling water
3dlMilk product (eg. buttermilk-a38-junket-milk yoghurt with or without fruit (low-fat, of course))
3tspSalt
3dlFluid (URf.eks. juices of all kinds or water)
3-4dlSpelt flakes doused with boiling water
4Carrots and apples rives 1-2 rough
4Grated carrots
50gYeast

Instructions for Healthy buns

To prepare the Healthy buns recipe, please follow these instructions:

Take only a little flour at a time, the dough must stick a little.
Raises to double size approx. 1 hour
Eel through again and form into buns (2 plates) and raise again to double size approx. 1 hour.
Both plates are put in a cold oven, which turns on 200 degrees, bakes for approx. 20 min. The plates build the predictive space and bake again for approx. 20 min.
