4dl(organic) yoghurt natural 0,1/0,5%

To prepare the Healthy chocolate shake recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the bananas into small pieces and place them in a bowl.
Also bring cocoa powder and yogurt to the bowl (as well as peanut butter or?).
Blend the mixture and pour into 2 glasses!
Sprinkle with a little chopped nuts

tips:
If the shake does not get sweet enough for you then add a small handful of dried dates and blend!
