1bagDesiccated coconut
1.5-2dlOatmeal
200gDates without stone
200gFigs
200gNuts (I like best Brazil nuts
2-2.5dlBoiled water
4-6tbspUnsweetened cacao

Instructions for Healthy oatmeal goblets

To prepare the Healthy oatmeal goblets recipe, please follow these instructions:

Take dates, figs and 2 dl water in a food processor. Blend until the mass is a bit even.
Add oatmeal, cocoa (start with 4 tablespoons) and nuts and mix again, the mass of stick to mix it add a little more water.
Now taste with coconut and possibly extra cocoa.
Remember that the pulp is quite soft and does not taste as much as if it had cooled down
Divide them into small lumps of two spoons and roll them into coconut.
Keep them cool for a couple of hours.
