250gWheat flour

To prepare the Heart-Friendly Scones (Low Fat) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Wheat flour, baking soda and salt are sifted together. Sunflower oil and milk are stirred together with the pinch egg whites. The dough kneaded well together.

Roll out for 3 1 cm. Thick pancakes. Each pancake is divided into 4 triangles.

Put on a plate of baking paper and baked approx. 8 minutes in a 225 degrees C. alm. oven.
