Pulp from 3 tomatoes
Juice of ½ lime
Salt
½dlChili oil
1Lemon in both
1bundleFresh dill
1tbspSun-dried tomatoes
2tbspBalsamic vinegar
2tbspCreme de cassis
2tbspGarlic oil
2tbspBlack olives in spicy oil
400gHalibut, very fresh and very thinly sliced

To prepare the Hellefisk Carpaccio recipe, please follow these instructions:

Chop the sun-dried tomatoes fine and stir them in tomato powder and lime juice, add balsamic and cream the cassis, whip the oil, in a thin beam, taste with salt and pepper.
