To prepare the Hindbärdessert I recipe, please follow these instructions:

You first make the raspberries ready. Then melt the chocolate in a water bath. When done, put it in a refrigerator for approx. 2-3 min. Afterwards, pour the ice balls onto the raspberries. When the chocolate is ready, pour it onto the ice. Finally, sprinkle the hazelnuts on top of the dessert.

Before serving the dessert, it is a good idea to put it in the freezer for 10-15 minutes. Hindu singer is enjoyed cold.

Hindbärdesserten can lie in the freezer for 3-4 days. But it tastes best when it is freshly made.
