To prepare the Honey marinated butternut squash recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the butternut so that the white is gone, cut it into smaller pieces about 1.5 × 1.5cm. Put them in a plastic bag with honey and shake them well. Pour them in the oven for one hour at 175 degrees, stirring in them after about ½ hour.

Warm the sunflowers on a pan until they are really hot, pick them up in a cup and instantly mix a spoon tamari, stir and let the sunflowers soak the tamarine.

Boil the rice. Mix with the washed spinach, rice, squash and sprinkle with sunflowers.
