Honey melon granita

0.5 dl White wine
0.5 dl Sugar
1 Cantaloupe, diced
2 tbsp Liquid honey


To prepare the Honey melon granita recipe, please follow these instructions:

Purée the melon in a blender. Pour it into a bowl. Dissolve honey and sugar over low heat. Turn the melon puree in. Stir and pour it into a mold. Freeze for at least 24 hours.
