To prepare the Hornfiskefrikassé recipe, please follow these instructions:

The seasoned hornfish are just boiled in water with the spices. The pigs are picked up and pilled free of bones and skins. Keep warm.

The carrot and chopped potatoes are barely boiling approx. 5 minutes in the fish water, then add asparagus pieces and boil for 2-3 minutes. The peas and parsley are added and warmed well before the mixture is smoothed with a little flourization.
