1.5tspGround coriander
1.5tspGround cumin
1.5tspDried thyme
10Bay leaves, crushed
2tspSalt
3tspMustard powder
4tbspLemon or lime juice
4tbspCognac
4tspPaprika
8cloveGarlic, finely chopped
800gChicken drumsticks

Instructions for Hot legs

To prepare the Hot legs recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat the oven to 190 degrees Celsius. oven.

Crush the bay leaves into powder in a mortar, add the bowl of seeds, cayenne pepper, coriander, cumin, garlic, mustard, peppers, thyme and salt and knead it for 10 minutes.
