Ingredients for Hot shrimp and potato salad

Different kinds of green lettuce leaves
0.25tspFreshly ground black pepper
1tspGrated horseradish
1tbspButter or margarine
2tbspMinced parsley
2tbspWhite wine vinegar
2tbspOlive oil
2Large finely chopped shallots just over 0.75 dl
500gPotatoes cut into slices ½ cm.
500gLarge shrimp-peeled and cleaned

Instructions for Hot shrimp and potato salad

To prepare the Hot shrimp and potato salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring the potatoes to the boil with so much water that they are covered in a 2 liter saucepan over high heat. Turn down the flare, put on the lid and simmer for 15 minutes or until they are very tender. Pour the water off.

Melt while butter in a pan over medium heat, and chop the shallots for approx. 5 minutes. Add the prawns, stir them for 3-5 minutes with frequent stirring.

Mix potatoes, shrimp mixture, parsley, vinegar, olive oil, horseradish, salt and pepper in a large bowl, and stir well together.

Server immediately, arranged on different kinds of salad leaves.

Can be served as starter or main course.
