Instructions for Huevos rancheros (Mexican eggs)

To prepare the Huevos rancheros (Mexican eggs) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Heat oven up to 180 degrees c. Sauté onions and garlic in oil for one minute, add the tomato sauce and oregano and bring to the boil. Turn down the heat and let it simmer without lid for 15 minutes. Refried beans came in a heat-proof dish and sprinkle cheese on. Behind them in the oven for 15 minutes. Heat the oil in a small frying pan and fry the tortillas one at a time, 1-2 6 minutes until they are crisp. Turn them several times during frying. Put them on fat-absorbent paper.

Increased the 6 eggs as ordinary fried eggs. Be careful not to become too dry.

Dip while the fried tortillas in the hot tomato sauce and put them on six plates. Pour rest of sauce over and lay an egg which is sprinkled with grated cheese on each tortilla. Garnish with avocado slices.

Server together with refried beans and tabacosauce or tomato salsa.
