Ingredients for Hungarian paprika

optional100 g. bacon in cubes
Pepper
Salt
1dlCrème fraiche
1tbspWheat flour
1tbspTomato puree
100gCocktail sausages
1-2Red Peppers
2Onion
2tbspPaprika
25gMargarine
4dlBeef broth
450gLean beef in good quality or possibly. veal

Instructions for Hungarian paprika

To prepare the Hungarian paprika recipe, please follow these instructions:

The loaf is chopped well and the peppers are shredded.
The loaf is cooked in the margarine until they are transparent.
The meat is added and browned.
Add the pepper and flour and stir well.
Add the bouillon and tomato puree as well as the peppers.
Let it simmer for approx. 1 hour.

Add cocktail sausages and creme fraichen and season with salt and pepper.

Serve with rice and coarse bread.

If you want a slightly smoked flavor for the dish, you can cook 100 grams of bacon.
