A small cup crema fraishe
Wheat flour
Oil
Paprika
Pepper
Salt
1Parsnip
3Carrots
3dlWater
300gTurkey meat

Instructions for Hungarian turkey

To prepare the Hungarian turkey recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the turkey chicken in the tern.
Peel the carrots and parsnips and cut both in the tern.
Turn the meat into flour.
Brush it in oil in a saucepan.
Add the vegetables.
Add salt, pepper and peppers.
Add water.
Let it boil for ½ hour.
Pour creme fraishe in and taste if there are more spices in it.

Server with rice or bulgur.
