300gCharacteristic yeast chocolate (small pieces)
4tbspMilk
45tbspGolden Syrup
6Eggs
75gCocoa powder

To prepare the Ice cold chocolate mousse recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bring the chocolate pieces into a porcelain bowl with cocoa powder, syrup and milk. Place the bowl over a pot of simmering water until the mixture is melted.

Stir the ingredients together easily. Beat the eggs into a large bowl and whip until they are thick and pale.

Whip the whipped cream into a separate bowl until it just starts to form small peaks.

Bring the chocolate mixture and the whipped eggs and turn it all out with a big metallic. Fold the whipped cream and turn the mixture into serving dishes or in a plastic cup.

Let it be frozen in a large container, take the mousse up with an ice-cream, put in a bowl and put it back in the freezer until use.

Serve the dessert decorated with planed chocolate or different chocolate fringes.
