To prepare the Ice cream with apple and cinnamon recipe, please follow these instructions:

Peel the apples, remove the kernel and cut the apples in both. Boil the apples with water and sugar at low heat for approx. 15 min. Until the apples are tender. Blend the apples and cool the mash. Whip egg yolks, sugar, vanilla and cinnamon into an airy eggshell. Whip the cream to the foam. Turn the chilled apple sauce into the eggshell together with the whipped cream. Pour the cream into a mold and cover it with a sealed lid or aluminum foil. Freeze the cream for 3-4 hours. Stir in it during freezing. For serving, icing ice with melted chocolate or apple boats shaken with butter and 1 teaspoon of sugar on the forehead.
