Instructions for Ice-cream with orange sorbet

To prepare the Ice-cream with orange sorbet recipe, please follow these instructions:

Sorbet: Water and sugar boil to a sugarcube and cool. Orange juice is added. The law draws the next day. Egg white and whipped cream are mixed in. The ice is driven on ice machine until it is light-frozen. Come in a small ice-cream or bowl that is round at the bottom and put in the freezer.
The layer can also be filled directly into the mold and placed in the freezer. Regularly stir in the sorbet in order not to crystallize.

Cream ice cream: Flush the whipped cream and refrigerate. Eggs and sugar are whipped foamy. Flowering foam and egg shake gently mix together. The ice cream comes in a round bowl, bigger than the sorbet came in.
The frozen sorbet is turned out and put in. Press gently into the ice without sinking to the bottom. The ice is placed in the freezer.

Accessories: Water and sugar boil to a sugar cube. The kumquats are cut into slices and placed in the sugar layer. Boil 1 minute and cool down afterwards.

Appearance: The ice bomb is turned on a dish. Decorate with whipped cream around the edge. Bring pickled kumquats on top, and a leaf of lemon balm on top.

Variation Tips:
The icebomb can be made with different sorbents. Eg. Of kiwi, passion fruit, raspberries, blackcurrant, etc. Likewise, the accessories can be fresh fruit. The sorbet can also be purchased in many grocery stores. Instead of kumquats, pickled oranges can be used.
