Instructions for Icecream with strawberries

To prepare the Icecream with strawberries recipe, please follow these instructions:

Whip egg yolks and sugar into an airy eggshell. Add vanilla grains. Whip the cream stiff and gently turn it into the egg mixture. Divide the parfait mixture into two equal portions. Pour one portion into a spring shape (about 22 cm in diameter). Cover the mold with the aluminum foil and freeze the mixture for approx. ½ hour. Put the other portion covered in the refrigerator.

sorbet:
Mash or blend the strawberries with sugar and pour the mixture over the lightly frozen ice. Restart the mold covered in the freezer for approx. ½ hour. Then pour the rest of the parfait mixture over the sorbet and freeze the ice cover for at least 8 hours.

Remove the ice-cream cake from the freezer and place it in the refrigerator approx. 1 hour before serving.

Strawberry Sauce:
Mash or blend the strawberries and add peeled orange into smaller tern and sugar. Season the sauce with orange liqueur.
