600gChicken, cooked

Instructions for Indian chicken salad

To prepare the Indian chicken salad recipe, please follow these instructions:

The loaf is chopped and spun in oil together with crushed garlic, chillipber and the other spices until the slice is ready.

The coconut milk is poured into and salted with salt.

Nellike and cinnamon are picked up and chickens cut into small pieces put in the sauce. The dish is heated through.

Serve with rice (possibly brown rice).

Cooking chicken:
Fry the chicken raw, cover with boiling water with salt and soup and boil approx. 1 1/2 hour depending on age. The chicken meat becomes very juicy and the soup is used for sauce.
