Ingredients for Indian Curry without the calories

2tbspCurry (medium hot)
2tbspOil
2.5dlPlain yogurt
200gPeas
200gCauliflower into florets
200gCarrots in thin slices
200gOnion
400gPotatoes, diced
600gChicken fillet

Instructions for Indian Curry without the calories

To prepare the Indian Curry without the calories recipe, please follow these instructions:

Brown the chicken first in oil in a wok or large deep skillet add chopped onions, pressed garlic, curry powder, ginger and tikka.

When onions are clear, add broth and the chopped tomatoes boil it all for about 5 min then added gullerødder in thin slices, cauliflower into florets and potatoes into cubes let it all simmer for about 15-20 min. depending on the vegetables should be crisp or tender.

Add the yogurt and let the Court cook up again add the frozen peas and let it all cook for approx. 3 min. taste right with salt pepper and coriander.

Garnish with fresh coriander.

Tips:
The Court is not strong (hot) but doesn't taste of anything and so is the fat. Give like nanbrød or other Indian special bread for. Bon appétit
