The meat is swept in fat into a pan until it is split and grated. Next, the vegetables are switched with the meat. Add the peppers, tomato paste and water - so it's all covered, as well as the spices. It all simmer for a low 15 - 20 minutes. Season with additional spices. The court often requires some salt, depending on the season and the vegetables. A garlic clove or 2 certainly does not hurt (if you like garlic).
