To prepare the Inges apple cake with cinnamon recipe, please follow these instructions:

Eggs and sugar are whipped together. Flour and baking soda are sifted alternately with the cream. The dough is poured into a greased spring form.

The apples are peeled, cut into both and put on - sugar (filling) and cinnamon sprinkled upstairs. The melted margarine is dripped over.

Bake at 175 degrees Celsius. Oven for 60-70 minutes.

Serve hot with cream or whipped cream.
