Instructions for Iranian Rice

To prepare the Iranian Rice recipe, please follow these instructions:

Blame the rice through about 6 times until the water becomes clear.
Leave the rice to stand for approx. 2 hours (can not be missed if you do not have time)
Bring water to boil full knell so there are 3 times as much water as rice (the rice is NOT for yet.) Add approx. 4 sp. Sunflower oil and 3 sp. Fine salt.
Stir around, let the rice boil until they are half finished. You can taste it by biting quietly in a rice, the moment you can get through the rice without going through a hard piece they are finished with 1 step. The rice should still be a bit hard in it. But training training and training, it's all very much on the "gefülen"
Take the rice into a sauce and clean the pot.
Put the pot on 3 on a ceramic hob and down the gas cooker. Cover the bottom with sunflower oil and pour the rice in.
The reason for the oil at the bottom is that in Iran you make a rice bottom, a bit like biscuits.
The rice bottom is nicely light brown and crunches, it tastes incredibly good but salt and butter.
Cover the rice with approx. 3 tea towels or a large towel if you do not have the correct dust pads for pots.
Let the rice stand for approx. 40 min without opening or touching.

Hope it tastes :-)

Iranian rice is loose juicy rice.

If you have to pick it up, take 1 gram of saffron and mix with a little water and pour over the rice when finished, giving it both a great taste and a nice result.

tips:
Usually eaten for Zedeskpolo, Realmesapsi, Juje and Kabob (and Grillobob) Recipes are added to all the things they are called Iran's Zedeskpolo (which is some slightly Irish Iranian berry with rice and a really juicy chicken in a soup of onions Realme sauce is a vegetable with lamb Uhm! Juje is chicken from small chickens or just breast / inner fillet marinated in a mixture of salt, pepper, saffron, onion juice and other things (must be grilled) Kabob is not Turkish Kebab :) There is minced beef that you add approx. 3-4 finely chopped onions, salt and pepper which are mixed together and fry them at approx. 4 for 30 seconds on the left side, then chopped tomatoes, add salt and pepper again. And add the meat to cook in the tomato for approx. 15 min. Grillkabob is the same, but instead of chopping tomatoes, put it on spears and grate the meat with tomatoes :)
