To prepare the Irish hot chocolate recipe, please follow these instructions:
The cream is whipped half-spoon into a bowl. Chop the chop pieces and heat slowly with the milk while stirring until the chocolate is melted. The cocoa is whipped and the whole is boiled. Then take the pot of heat and add whiskey and cream.
Drink the beverage in a mug and decorate with whipped cream and chocolate chips.
