100gWheat flour
100gDark chocolate
125gAlmonds without the need
125gWalnuts/hazelnuts
150gSugar
2Large tablespoons honey

To prepare the Italian Christmas cake - Panforte recipe, please follow these instructions:

The chocolate is melted in a water bath.
Lemon and orange are torn and squeezed.
Nuts are chopped roughly and mixed with spices and flour and citrus fruits.
Sugar and honey are melted and boiled to about 116 degrees.
Mix with flour and nuts and melt chocolate and pour into a spring form.
Bake in hot air at 150 degrees for about 30 minutes.
