Ingredients for Italian pasta

Vegetables and the amount of your choice. URf.eks. carrots – broccoli – pepper – squash – Eggplant-peas mm
Oregano and possibly. fresh basil
0.5packageBacon or a thick slice of garlic salami max 1 cm
1twigFresh Rosemary
1tbspTomato puree
2-3tbspRed pesto

Instructions for Italian pasta

To prepare the Italian pasta recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cook pasta al dente as directed in water with salt. Rinse with cold water to prevent more boiling.

Cook bacon / garlic tern with garlic, rosemary and onion. Add vegetables. Grease vegetables are added first and fry approx. 5 min. Add if necessary. A little water if it burns dry. Lighter vegetables are added. Tomato paste and pesto are added and mixed well. Oregano, salt and pepper are added to taste.
