Instructions for Italian Pizza

To prepare the Italian Pizza recipe, please follow these instructions:

Start weighing the 800g wheat flour and 200g durum flour so that it is close to 1000g at all, it's on the table and make a well in the middle so there are edges of flour all around. Pour 550ml of lukewarm water in the middle of the well, dried yeast, 6 tablespoons of olive oil, a little bit of salt. Then take a fork and start taking a little flour from the edges and slowly mix the water and the flour together. When you reach the place where your fork starts to make it difficult to move the dough around, start using your hands and finish the dough when the dough is smooth and resiliently put the dough in a bowl with a futile dishcloth cover and let it rise For 45 minutes to 1 hour.

Tomato sauce.
Put the olive oil on the forehead, put all the garlic on the forehead and let them fry slightly, the garlic must not be burned because it will destroy the sauce! When the garlic is fried you add fresh basil blend and let them sweat the water for a few seconds, then put the peeled tomatoes in and chop them with a spoon so they are not all and then taste it with salt and pepper and let the sauce Simmer under medium heat for about 15-20. When everything is so melted and there is not too much water on, take a sauce and a bowl of sauce in the bowl and pour the sauce into the saw. With the back of the spoon you squeeze the sauce through the sauce into the bowl so there is nothing but basil leaves and garlic sauce and a small smile of tomato left in the saw. Pour the sauce up on the path again and let it simmer under low heat for 15 minutes. Keep the sauce cold before using it.

The pizza itself.
Roll out the pizzas so they are about half a centimeter thick. Take a couple of tablespoons of tomato sauce but not too many it just covers the pizza it should not flow with sauce. Just tear the mozzarella with your hands and lay it on the pizza. Put the ham and lay it on the pizza and if you want, you can give it a little olive oil. Let the pizza bake in the oven at 220 degrees in a reaction air for 5-10 minutes. When done, you can mark it with some fresh basil leaves.
