Instructions for Italian pork chops

To prepare the Italian pork chops recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir chops in butter - approx. 4-5 minutes on each side. Season with salt and pepper. Remove the chops and keep them warm.

Arrow and chop the garlic cloves. Stir them in butter in a saute pan. Add flour and stir into butter, add broth gradually with stirring, spice up with cream, season with salt, pepper, sage and balsamic vinegar and finally add raisins. Let the sauce boil.

Place the chops in the sauce and simmer for a few minutes.

Served with lightly cooked vegetables and potatoes or pasta.
