3slicesFrench bread without crust

Instructions for Italian rolling roll

To prepare the Italian rolling roll recipe, please follow these instructions:

Soak the French bread slices into milk. Stir the bread mixture with meat, eggs and spices. Wrap the dad on a piece of baking paper in a square (20 x 30 cm.). Distribute onions and parsley as well as cheese in thin slices over the fad. Roll it as a roulade from the short side. Put the roll of rollers without baking paper in a greased ovenproof dish.

Bagetid approx. 60 min. At 200 degrees, in the middle of the oven.

Served with eg. Potato gratin and tomato salad.
