Butter or oil margarine
1.5tbspCurry
100gBacon, diced
2Onion
2Tomatoes
2.5dlMadfløde
225gFrom canned pineapple
250gMushroom
5dlPork broth (2 cubes + water)
600gPork Tenderloin, trimmed

Instructions for Jamaica tenderloin

To prepare the Jamaica tenderloin recipe, please follow these instructions:

Bacon diced roasted on dry Pan onion into slices, Horseradish and brown slightly.

Tenderloin cut into ca. 1 cm. thick slices add Tenderloin as Brown. Let it cook for about 4 minutes, then add the curry powder and stir well.

Mushroom and tomatoes cut into 1/4 and 3 diced added. Came the cream in and let it simmer for about 10 minutes. be smoothed if possible.
