Instructions for Japanese hamchnitzel with marinated peppers and noodles

To prepare the Japanese hamchnitzel with marinated peppers and noodles recipe, please follow these instructions:

Rinse the peppers and clean them for stems and grains. Put the peppers under the grill in the oven or in a hot oven at 275 degrees C. alm. Oven for approx. 10 minutes until the skull becomes almost black and can be peeled off.

The hamburgers are ducked with kitchen rolls. Cut them into 1cm thick strips across and sprinkle with pepper.

The Savoy cabbage is rinsed and the center stem removed on each leaf. Cut the leaves into smaller pieces. Rinse the chili and remove the stem and kernels. Cut it into small thin strips.

Peel the peppers and cut them into thin strips. Pour Teriyaki sauce onto the strips and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

Bring the oil to a pan and warm it up with high heat. Brown the meat on all sides, 2 minutes in total.

Add the cabbage, chilli and broth and simmer without lid for approx. 4 minutes.

Season with Teriyaki sauce and salt.
