1Orange grated to thereof
4Egg yolks
4Stiftpiskede whites
5dlWhipped cream
500gStrawberries mashed or blended
6tbspSugar
8Leaves isinglass soaked and melted

Instructions for Jordbærsoufflè

To prepare the Jordbærsoufflè recipe, please follow these instructions:

Use a bowl with high edges. Bind a piece of parchment paper double around the mold to form a 5 cm high edge. The berries moses or blended. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar and grated orange peel.
