Instructions for Jordskokgratin

To prepare the Jordskokgratin recipe, please follow these instructions:

Earthquakes: Peel the earthquakes and put them immediately in a bowl of cold water and vinegar. Quickly cut the earthquakes into thin slices. Server with coarse bread.
