1Oranges, the shell of which
1tspBaking soda
1.5dlWhole milk
100gPure raw marzipan
175gButter
175gSugar
2Eggs
225gWheat flour
50gDark chocolate 44%
50gRaisins

Instructions for Julemuffins

To prepare the Julemuffins recipe, please follow these instructions:

Stir in fat, sugar, and grated orange peel along marzipan grated. Stir in the eggs one at a time. Mix the flour and baking powder and stir it gently in conjunction with milk, chopped chocolate and raisins.

Divide the batter into buttered moulds or paper 18-20 lens molds.

Behind the cakes at 200 degrees c. alm. oven for 18-20 minutes.

Tips:
The filling can be varied with chopped almonds, walnuts, cocktail cherries, sukat and/or Seville oranges should be. Freezer is suitable.
