Cacao to sprinkle
Extra Kahlúa for serving
100gLight cane sugar
2tbspKahlúa
200mlCrème fraîche
225gChocolate digestivekiks, crushed
225gDark chocolate
285mlWhipped cream
4Eggs
50gButter

To prepare the Kahlua chocolate cheesecake (alcohol) recipe, please follow these instructions:

Lubricate a 23 cm spring shape. Heat the oven to 160 degrees.
Melt the butter and stir it with the broken biscuits. Press down in the spring shape with the back of a spoon. Cool the bottom while making the filling.

Melt the chocolate.

Stir cream cheese and sugar with electric whip it is light and airy. Add the eggs one at a time - do not touch too much. With the low-speed electric pointer, add chocolate, cream and Kahlua. Pour the filling over the bottom and back for 55-60 minutes. Cool overnight.

Remove the cake from the mold. Mix the cream fraiche with Kahlua and benefit on top. Sprinkle a little cocoa on and serve a slice of a little bit of Kahlua poured over.
