Instructions for Kalkunnugget

To prepare the Kalkunnugget recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cut the breast into pieces of approx. 2x2 cm.

Whip eggs together in a deep dish. Stir the rasp, parmasan cheese, salt and freshly ground pepper together in another deep plate. Pan the lime pieces by first turning them into eggs, then in the rasp mix so they are completely covered. Freeze them (180 degrees) for approx. 4-5 minutes until they are neat and golden.

Served with eg. Aioli, soya, salsa or the like. Or put them in pita bread with a dressing and cucumber slices.
