To prepare the Kalkunschnitzel with lemon sauce recipe, please follow these instructions:

Lemon Sauce:
Rinse and chop the parsley. Whip egg yolks, lemon juice and maizena together. Add the hot broth while whipping. Heat the sauce slowly under low heat and still whipping. It must not boil, so it separates. Add the chopped parsley, season with salt and pepper. Keep the sauce warm for very little heat and stir frequently or over water bath while cooking the meat.

Sprinkle the lime chops with salt and pepper. Heat the butter on a pan and raise the golden schnapps, 3-5 minutes on each side. Place the fried schnitzels on a hot dish and add the lemon sauce.

Server with boiled potatoes and tomato salad.
