Instructions for Kalvetyksteg braised in beer

To prepare the Kalvetyksteg braised in beer recipe, please follow these instructions:

Spice the meat with pepper and garlic spice, roll bacon over and lace with the cotton cord so the ladles are sandwiched and the bacon is stuck. Steps on the grill or pan until the bacon is good golden.

Place the ladder at the bottom of a roast sauce and pour tomatoes, chopped potato, carrot and onion and garlic sauce at. Then pour beer until the steps are about 1/3 covered. The rest of the beer can be poured over continuously. Add boullion

Set the steak gauge for cooked beef or 77 degrees and put on the lid. Stir in a charcoal grill or oven for gentle fried. About 2 hours at 200 degrees in oven. Turn the steps every 1/2 hour and pour more beers if necessary. When the steps have been completed, rest in my 20 min before the snare must be removed and cut into pieces.

The sauce from the roast mash through a sieve, level and season with salt, pepper and sugar.

tips:
Is great for keggelrill. Served with fried potatoes and salad.
