Instructions for Kantareltærte

To prepare the Kantareltærte recipe, please follow these instructions:

Roll out the butter dough and cover 4 small tartlets, about 9 cm in diameter. Grease the bottom of an empty pie and put it on top of it with the dough, place a baking sheet or something else so the butter dough does not push the molds up. Bake at 170 degrees Celsius. Oven for approx. 20 minutes.

Season the cantaloupe and the loaf into a little olive oil, season with mashed potatoes, salt and white pepper and cool.

Eggs and cream are whipped together easily.

Add the cantaloupe to the butterdej bottom and pour it into the egg yolk.

Afterwards they are to be baked in oven at 180 degrees C for approx. 12 minutes
