Ingredients for Karryfisk with white cabbage

Freshly ground pepper
0.25tspCoarse salt
1tspEast Indian curry
2Apples in both, e.g. gråsten (approx. 250 g)
2tbspRed dot ® rose & bag
240gToasted rye bread
4dlCream 9%
50gDried cranberries
500gLyssejfilet without skins
500gAverage cabbage

To prepare the Karryfisk with white cabbage recipe, please follow these instructions:

Cranberry Dressing:
Chop the cranberries well and turn them together with fry, salt and pepper. Put the dressing covered in the refrigerator for at least 15 minutes. Taste like
Clean the seafood fillets and cut them into 8 equal pieces. Let half of the fat be hot in a sauce pan with high heat, but it does not burn. Add curry and let it shower.
